Hours of Operation

6:30 am to 6:00pm
Full Day Program – 8:45am to 3:00pm (Includes lunch and 2 snacks a day)
Half Day Program – 8:45am to 12:00pm (Includes morning snack)
Lunch Option (for half day students) – additional price, includes lunch – pick up at 1:00pm
 
Here at Trinity Learning Center we allow flexibility within our students’ schedules.  Students may attend as little as two half-days* to five full days each week.  Parents have the option to pick their child’s scheduled days based on their needs, not a preset arrangement.  (Schedules are set at the time of registration, but may be changed if needed with approval.)  Our Kindergarten and Kindergarten Enrichment programs are designed for 5 day a week students.

*Pre-Kindergarten students must attend a minimum of 3 half days.

Daily Schedule Sample
(Activities will vary based on the child’s age and classroom)

Please take a few moments to learn what students experience during a typical day at Trinity Learning Center.  All materials and programming are designed to promote academic, social and character development. 

Morning Message… Daily schedule overview, welcome activity, ABC & 123 review, songs, calendar, weather, etc…  The morning message is designed to be a time of fun and welcome for all the students.

Academic Development… Age appropriate academic activities designed to promote academic advancement through the use of an accredited curriculum.  Each teacher has creative control over her classroom to ensure that the materials are presented to the students in a way that ensures each child is being challenged based on each her/his own academic ability. 

Art & Crafts… Various artistic activities designed to enhance the students’ knowledge of the academic curriculum and promote the development of fine motor skills.

Physical Fitness… Sports Play, Relay Games and other physical activities that encourage gross motor development and help students learn the importance of leading a physically healthy lifestyle.

Music and Movement… Singing, Dancing and Instrument Play which will promote a love of music and movement while enhancing listening skills, coordination, and rhythmic development.

Specials Programming… Such as: Water Play, Cooking Activities, Mad Science Experiments, and PJ Days may occur school wide (see monthly calendar) or in individual classes (see teacher’s monthly information).
 
Classrooms

Infants – ages 6 weeks through 16 months
Toddlers – ages 13 months through 2 years
Early Preschool – students 2 by October 1st
Preschool – students 3 by October 1st
Pre-Kindergarten – students 4 by October 1st.
Full Day Kindergarten – students 5 by October 1st
Kindergarten Enrichment – ½ day afternoon Kindergarten supplemental program for students who attend Slaybaugh’s and Swift’s morning Kindergarten program.
School Aged Before & Aftercare – Available for Slaybaugh, Swift , Miller, Alder and Fernwood school students and a variety of private schools in the area.
Summer Camp – Preschool through 8th Graders
